Instructions
Add gelatin to a heat-safe bowl.
Pour in hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
Slowly whisk in protein powder until smooth.
Stir in sugar-free flavoring if desired.
Pour mixture into ramekins or molds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
You can use collagen peptides or whey isolate depending on your dietary needs.
For a softer texture, increase water to ¾ cup.
