  • Bowl (heat-safe)
  • Whisk
  • Ramekins or molds
  • Measuring cup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • 0.5 cup Hot water Not boiling
  • 0.5 scoop Protein powder Unflavored or vanilla isolate
  • 1 tsp Sugar-free flavoring Optional lemon, berry, etc.

Instructions

  • Add gelatin to a heat-safe bowl.
  • Pour in hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Slowly whisk in protein powder until smooth.
  • Stir in sugar-free flavoring if desired.
  • Pour mixture into ramekins or molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can use collagen peptides or whey isolate depending on your dietary needs.
  • For a softer texture, increase water to ¾ cup.
