  • 1 Drinking glass 8–10 oz capacity

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Baking soda Aluminum-free if possible
  • 1 tsp Raw honey Optional but recommended
  • 8 –10 oz Warm filtered water Not hot; just comfortably warm
  • ½ lemon Fresh lemon juice Optional for added support

Instructions

  • Add ½ teaspoon baking soda to a glass of warm filtered water.
  • Stir well until fully dissolved.
  • Add 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional) and lemon juice if desired.
  • Mix again and drink immediately.
  • Best taken on an empty stomach, in the morning or before bed.

Notes

Only use ½ tsp baking soda per serving to avoid digestive discomfort.
Do not exceed 4 servings per week.
For best results, pair with a clean diet and hydration.
