8–10 oz Warm filtered water Not hot; just comfortably warm
½lemon Fresh lemon juice Optionalfor added support
Instructions
Add ½ teaspoon baking soda to a glass of warm filtered water.
Stir well until fully dissolved.
Add 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional) and lemon juice if desired.
Mix again and drink immediately.
