Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Grass-fed gelatin Plain unflavored, e.g., Vital Proteins
  • 1 cup Hot filtered water Not boiling; just hot enough to dissolve
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Optional unfiltered, organic

Instructions

  • Heat 1 cup of filtered water until hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the hot water into a mug.
  • Slowly sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of grass-fed gelatin while whisking.
  • Stir continuously until gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, if using.
