Equipment

  • 1 Small jar With lid for storage
  • 1 Spoon For mixing and serving
  • 1 Grater For fresh ginger (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Raw honey Preferably local or Canaan
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan salt Mineral-rich
  • 1 pinch Fresh ginger juice Or finely grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine raw honey, pink salt, and ginger.
  • Stir until fully blended into a smooth paste.
  • Scoop 1 teaspoon of the mix.
  • Hold under your tongue for 15–30 seconds, then swallow.
  • Use once daily on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before activity.
  • Store remaining mixture in a sealed jar at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

You can double or triple the batch to make a weekly prep jar. If using Canaan honey, the texture may be thicker, just warm it slightly (not hot!) before mixing. Do not use store-bought pasteurized honey, it won’t work the same.
