Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strong fruit tea Raspberry hibiscus, or cranberry
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan salt For electrolyte balance and flavor depth
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice optional Brightens flavor
  • 1 drop Stevia optional Optional natural sweetener

Instructions

  • Brew 2 cups of strong fruit tea (hibiscus or raspberry works great). Let it cool for 2 minutes.
  • In a glass bowl, sprinkle gelatin over ½ cup cold water. Let bloom for 3–5 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in the warm tea until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  • Stir in pink salt, lemon juice, and stevia if using.
  • Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate for 3+ hours until firm.
  • Cut into cubes and enjoy 1 serving as a healthy, protein-rich snack.
