Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw honey Preferably local unfiltered
  • 2 tablespoons Black seed Whole or ground Nigella sativa
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Optional for focus and digestion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Optional cold-pressed

Instructions

  • In a clean glass jar, add raw honey and black seeds.
  • Stir in cinnamon and olive oil, if using.
  • Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  • Store at room temperature away from sunlight.
  • Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning before food.

Notes

For eyesight support, add ½ teaspoon ground fennel.
For energy and digestion, stir into warm (not hot) water with apple cider vinegar.
Always use a clean spoon to avoid contamination.
