Equipment

  • 1 Mug Heat-safe, 12–16 oz
  • 1 Spoon For stirring
  • 1 Kettle Or coffee maker for brewing
  • 1 Blender Optional, for smoother texture

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black coffee Freshly brewed hot
  • 1 tsp MCT oil Or unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Ceylon preferred
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar Raw with the “mother”
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional
  • 1 scoop Collagen powder Optional unflavored

Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup of strong black coffee.
  • Add cinnamon directly to the coffee while brewing or into the cup.
  • Stir in MCT oil or coconut oil until fully blended.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and optional lemon juice.
  • Optionally, blend for 10 seconds for a frothy texture.
  • Serve immediately. Drink on an empty stomach.

Notes

Start with half the ACV and MCT oil if you're new to this recipe to avoid stomach upset. Drink within 30 minutes of waking up for best results. Do not exceed 2 cups per day.
